About Inner City Maintenance
Inner City Maintenance works exclusively in apartments and units across Brisbane CBD and the inner suburbs. That focus exists because apartment maintenance is genuinely different: tighter access, body corporate by-laws, shared walls and services, and almost no margin for error on jobs that have to happen around a tenant’s life or a strata committee’s rules.
Our difference
Most maintenance and renovation businesses treat an apartment the same way they’d treat a house — same materials, same approach, same assumptions about access and storage. That doesn’t work in a 60m² inner-city unit. We build storage to the actual dimensions of the room, design balconies around drainage and balustrade compliance.
What we do
Our work covers custom storage and cabinetry, balcony design and renovation, flooring, painting and wall repairs, and our pet toilet installation service — a niche we built specifically because no one else was doing it properly for apartment balconies. One team handles all of it, so you’re not coordinating five different tradies for one apartment.
