What we install
Every pet toilet we build is fitted to the space, not the other way around. That means correct drainage so waste and liquid don’t pool or run off onto neighbouring balconies, materials that won’t stain, warp or hold odour, and a footprint sized to your dog and your balcony — not a generic off-the-shelf unit. Once it’s installed, it’s yours. No app, no ongoing fees, no replacement cartridges.
Why not a subscription pet toilet service?
Subscription pet turf services solve the immediate problem but keep billing you for it — most run $50–$100+ a month indefinitely, and you’re still relying on a courier to swap the turf on schedule. A custom installation costs more upfront and nothing after that. If you’re planning to be in the apartment for more than a year or two, the cost crossover works in your favour. Strata and body corporate
Most body corporates have no issue with a pet toilet installation, but by-laws vary by building. We recommend checking your by-laws or flagging the installation with your body corporate manager before we start — we’re happy to provide installation specs if your strata committee wants to review them first.
